2. 原始申请在法律规定的有效期被移民局收到，但申请被拒；
3. 重新递交不需要DSO签发新的I-20，只要最初移民局收到OPT申请之时，DSO签发的I-20仍然在30天的有效期，STEM OPT的I-20仍然在60 天的有效期；
4. 移民局最晚收到重新申请的时间不迟于2021年5月31日；
5. 重新递交申请一定附带移民局的拒绝信。
